New features in 0.9.3: Quickmask, Paint Bucket tool, and Halftone filter

Quickmask is super handy for modifying your selection -- use the full suite of editing tools on the selection itself. You can even use the marquee tool while editing the mask which is pretty meta!

Paint bucket is just the magic wand logic but then filled with foreground. It's a convenience tool more than anything.

And the monochrome halftone filter, with variable size and angle. That was an all day journey into investigating various algorithms but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
